Shoptora 

Ordered an item that hasn't been delivered yet the moneys been taken out of my bank account. I've tried to contact them and the email bounces back, tried the online email and same thing happens.

Same as everyone else, I paid £500 for a woodburner and am unable to contact them despite this being nearly two months ago.

Has anybody actually received the goods they have ordered? My experience with shoptora is exactly the same as all the other people who have wrote reviews. I feel that I have been mugged off, I have received a few emails, but they just keep delaying the delivery time and despite many requests will not give me a definite answer as to when I will receive my item. Will never use this company again.

Ordered a firestick 28/9/19 it is 19/11/19 and still not received it. I was sent a tracking that does not work, I was asked if I was checking with the correct post company, how can you get this wrong when you are sent the link for it, they then say they will check it, 4 days later no replay I guess they can't get the number to work either. I have asked for my money back I'm not going to hold my breath as I don't think I will get a response, I am going to report them to my bank as an incomplete transaction

Like others on here I ordered and was told the item would take 15 to 20 days due to high demand. More than 20 days later and the order hasn't arrived. Emails we initially not replied to but since I first posted here I am now getting replies. They're most recent email states that the item has now entered the EU. I wonder how much longer I am expected to wait... I'm going to ask for a refund and see how that goes. In all my years of online shopping this has never happened to me before. I wish I had just googled 'the company' first before rushing to buy from Shoptora...

This has to be the worst experience of my life. Ive ordered a firestick guaranteed, in 7 days...email comes due to high demand, we would like to offer a warranty if you wait 20 days, email back, no i need it next week,so ill have a refund, nothing. Now 6 weeks on and 12 emails sent, 1 reply 3 weeks ago, would you like refund, well if you get it here by Monday 11th...no ill keep it....no reply...
IS THIS THE SIHT WE HAVE TO PUT UP. THIS IS A JOKE OF AN ORGANISATION. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...crap customer service, no replies, no answers, nothing, in the meantime who is gonna wake this lot up? wheres my Firestick? wheres my money, ITS A JOKE. i will honestly never touch them with a barge pole. they need shutting down. How CAN PEOPLE GTE AWAY WITH THIS IN 2019

Do NOT use this company they say they cannot deliver on time. When you ask for a refund they keep stating your refund is on its way saying you will receive refund within 14 days.
I have been waiting 25 days went to email again and their site will not direct you anymore.It appears I may have lost my money their website is up for sale.

I have been advised to moderate my review of Shoptora, so here goes! I'm sure using the power of the internet, you will come to your own conclusions without me using " defamatory" language. I paid for an electric toothbrush (fact), it never arrived (fact), my emails sent unanswered and when I didn't give up I was sent another email address to complain to (fact). Despite my repeated efforts I have NEVER received either a toothbrush OR my money (fact).

JUST AN UPDATE, I've been caught out like everyone else on here although I got my money back the day after I reported it to my bank. If you used a credit card then the card company will reimburse you, if you used a debit card then go down the chargeback scheme route, no guarantees but worked for me. The numerous websites that all look the same and use the same address will work in your favour when explaining it to your bank.I also have worked out as to why the delay was 15 -21 days, as with buying anything on line you have the right to cancel any order for any reason within 14 days, after that time it gets a little bit harder to cancel. Involve your bank ASAP.

This site takes money orders not arriving, e-mails going unanswered or delay tactics e-mails just to get you out of the way. They have other sites with the same layout websites i.e. Cartbright UK, both are not UK sites run from Paris. Please AVOID as all these people on Trustpilot have had the same problem, there must be many, many more. I had to change the wording on this review as the company complained, Still no goods delivered.

They took my money on 7th oct and have not sent the goods after many emails telling me my item was delayed then held by customs then out for delivery i asked who was delivering so i could contact them they would not tell me so i asked last week for a refund they have said it would be processed within 14 days so 7 more days to wait..not a good service at all and i would never shop with them again or recommend them to anyone i have made as many people as possible aware of how this company operates..

After a 2 month wait for my goods, I'll moderate the language in my emails to you when you refund me. Low life sc@mmers.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. Still waiting for my order after 6weeks. Never get a positive response to emails, always an automated reply, no contact telephone number, completely awful company, 111 bad reviews says it all really.

Do not order from here. I wrote to them twice to chase my order placed 6 weeks ago and no response to date. I emailed them again today to find their email is no longer in use!

Dire!!! Avoid!!! Like the other reviews I ordered an item 1 October-still waiting!! They do respond to contact via the website but no further forward. Have now claimed back on my credit card and received a refund.

Do not buy anything from this group. No goods, no refund. Over 10 messages sent via thier customer service messaging system, still no refund.

Ordered two garden sheds. Got a message saying delivery would be 15-20 days due to backlog. Shoptora.co.uk has disappeared. Through their new site 'SHOPORA' (without the T) I can still sign into my Shoptora account and view the order I placed .. I note that the online account support at shopora.co.uk links to a shoptora.co.uk address. I dont now expect to see my 118 euro or the goods ordered. Emailed Shopora with auto reply received .....

Item not delivered. Bought a chair. Confirmation email stated delivery date. When item did not arrive I tried to contact Shoptora through their email. All returned as undeliverable.

I just made an order but it looks like the website has been removed. No telephone number on my invoice. Looks like I’m £50 down.

Report all transactions to your bank

They have a new website called shopora.co.uk

Report the transactions to your card provider. They are scammers

I have already disputed the payment with my bank and provided them all information relating the the order, and the new name that was bought 5 days ago
