I had a bad experience with their 3rd party shipper GoFo. My package sat for several days in their warehouse no movement whatsoever on their tracking app. I emailed shoptvdeals customer support about this and they are investigating the problem. They never followed up on the my complaint or wavied my shipping charges. I expected better from shoptvdeals and GoFo on customer support. I will not do business with them again!
