It arrived on time as expected the material is thin and stays in place my head circumference is smaller so it did slide off so I had to add a head band piece to slip it over to keep the wig in place but it worked

I've been eyeing this shop for quite awhile, but haven't committed. When I saw that there was a ready to ship human unit available, I figured it would be a great time to experience it. I am astounded by the quality, and can't wait to order a custom piece. The hair arrived earlier than expected, in beautiful packaging, and it smells and feels amazing. Above and beyond what I anticipated. My only feedback is that the sewn tracks behind the lace are a little too visible, white thread on brown hair, but nothing that can't be covered.

Poor customer service
I have not received my unit yet and it has been 7 business days. When I asked for the tracking number I am told that the order is awaiting fulfillment (whatever that means). They sent me a link to download an app in order to track my purchase but to download the app you must agree to let the company have access to read your emails. I’ve never heard of anything like this ever. So far bad experience with this company.
