Our tour guide in Roatan, Honduras, Shamir, was beyond amazing. My wife and I had an AMAZING time and are extremely grateful of having run across Shamir. To Shore Excursions Group, thank you for employing an amazing tour guide who went above and beyond for us and did us really well and showed us a really good time. When we come back to Roatan with the family, we will be requesting Shamir for another amazing experience.

I did not receive a code. It took several phone calls and emails to get the problem resolved. I also didn't realize that when I selected points to cover the excursion, I would not get the remainder not used back. I lost many points because of this.

Worst excursion ever
Worst excursion ever! They claim that they "offer the Best Shore Excursion...Top Rated Tours. Elevate Your Cruise Experience With Fun & Unique Shore Excursions"... The driver was silent, couldn't drive well, filthy van, no AC and we didn't even see the attractions we were told we'd visit. We're are in Kuala lumpor and when we got to the petronas tower it was booked. Everyone in the van was so frustrated, that we went back to the ship 4 hours early.

Half Day Snorkeling & Catamaran Sailing
We booked the St. Maarten Half Day Snorkeling & Catamaran Sailing with Shore Excursions Group. The excursion was as described. The group they used was Happy Sailing SXM. David and Stephen are great! We booked this and expected a lot of people, but we only had 7. It felt like a private adventure. After a short walk, we got to the meeting point, checked in and off we went. We got to the first stop and for about 20 minutes we were the only boat snorkeling. We were able to see the fish, and David brought up an urchin for us to feel. We stayed long enough for us to see everything, the sunken ship and helicopter as well as a cannon. It was about 2 hours. Many other groups with a lot of people came and left while we were still snorkeling. Then we went to Indigo Beach, and spent time relaxing as well as having snacks & drinks. Both David & Stephen were friendly and shared their knowledge about their lives as well as the island. It was well organized and afterwards we went slowly by the beach. If you want to go shopping or to the beach, when you get back to Dock Maarten, walk to the left and you will hit the downtown area. There is a water taxi you can take back to the port area.

This was one of the best sunset dinner…
This was one of the best sunset dinner cruises ever. Starting on the dock with live Hawaiian music and dancers in costume. Inside the vessel was set up with a stage on each level; no matter where you sat, you could see the show. Music and dancers were great, with many costume changes. Now to the extensive buffet, there was something for every palate (great buffet, you did not go hungry), just as impressive was the dessert table. The Hawaiian dancers and the colorful costumes made for one of the best Sunset Dinner Cruises we have ever seen.

poor experience selecting the tours…
I was expecting my selected tours to be saved in the cart and that it would indicate the number of tours saved. There was never a number so I thought I had to create a profile. I ended up calling a shorex rep who was very helplfull.. We are all programmed to create a profile and to watch our cart grow as we shop. This was not the case. Very frustrating experience for me.
