Lloyd our tour guide in St Lucia was…

Lloyd our tour guide in St Lucia was just amazing! The knowledge he had was incredible. The care he took to show us the real St Lucia! Even the delicious sandwiches for lunch with home made rum punch. Homemade bread from the little tiny street bakery. Lloyd made our trip exceptional! Thank you Lloyd.

Great Company to Book Excursions With!

It was super easy to book three different excursions that were all highly rated and very cost effective versus the excursions offered by the cruise line. I book all three excursions with confidence since I've used them in the past on many other excursions. One time, I had to cancel the excursion and the process of getting our refund was seamless.

Did not see the Aquarium- we were told we had to pay entry fees if $50 pp.

Company with integrity

I just wanted others to know that this company is true to its word regarding refunds. Our excursion was cancelled due to weather and the Grand Cayman port being closed. No ships could get in. Before returning home, they had emailed me and refunded me our money. This was much appreciated and builds trust for future trips! We will definitely try again on our next cruise! THANK YOU!

Easy Process

Easy to find information, felt more confident that the program has specific ship information so we can't make a mistake. Would be nice to know the meeting information before booking because there is some stress not knowing details in unfamiliar places.

Misrepresented shore excursion, caused us to miss our prepaid events on board

When visiting the Shore Excursion Group Website, it has you put in the name of your ship and the date you will be in port. Once you do that, it shows you which excursions are available.

On our recent cruise I booked two. One for Konoko Falls in Jamacia and one for a beach day in Grand Caribbean.
The Shore Excursion Website clearly states that the Konoko Falls excursion is a 2 hour excursion and is a 15-20 minute drive from the port. Our driver met us promptly and we began to drive. 30 minutes into our drive we asked if we were almost there. Hi informed us that we were still 40 minutes form the falls!!

We ended up driving 90 minutes to get to the falls, and 60 minutes to get back to the boat. We missed our on-board reservations as the excursion took way more than the 2 hours that were advertised.

Back on the boat I called the 24-hour traveler assistance line and got no response. I emailed both from the website and using the reply email when we booked our tickets. I expressed my dismay, the fact that we lost money because we couldn’t do the on-borad activities we had planned, and I requested a refund.

Additionally, I said I was skeptical of the veracity of our excursion in Grand Bahama and I wanted to cancel that as well. No body ever got back to me.

When we returned home, I emailed and reached out through the website. I was told that they would contact the driver and get back to me.

I was clear that the driver was wonderful, the issue I had was that the shore excursion was misrepresented on the website. The website very clearly says that the falls are 15-20 minutes away and that the total excursion time was 2 hours. This was absolutely not the case.

I have waited, submitted screenshots of their website, and have heard nothing back. Therefore I request a refund for misrepresenting what we were getting and causing us to lose our money as we were not able to return to the ship in the 2 hours promised.

I would never trust this group again. They have been unresponsive and unprofessional.

Well what can I say about this…

Well what can I say about this company.
My friends and I booked a turtle dine and snorkel tour in Hawaii. Around 900 dollars.
On the morning Hawaii was having the worse storm for 40 years.
We heard nothing about our tour , although all the tours on the ship were being cancelled.
As we didn't know what was happening and after trying unsuccessfully to contact someone we made our way to the port by taxi.
We thought we better let them know we were there to speak to someone rather then not turn up
Trees were coming down and the storm was ferocious.
We stood in the pouring rain for 45 mins till 11am the time the tour was due to start , no-one turned up .
After several emails the only response I got from the company a few days later was an email saying exactly the same thing 3 times.
We are verifying the tour didn't go ahead.
5 days or so later im still waiting for my money.
Looks like ill have to take it up with my credit card company when im home.
Not nice to have this extra stress on what has been a lovely cruise.
We also sent the company photos of the storm and the boat we were due to go on
