Very easy as it links your cruise itinerary to the excursions available by day and you can easily find start times, duration so you can plan your day. Easy to choose, easy check out, clear pricing, it's great!

I was not aware that I would not receive the tickets for several days after booking and that I need to print them out. We were already on the ship and did not have WiFi so we had to set up WiFi and printing that added to the cost.
The excursion boarding was disorganized, printed signs indicating where the different tours should line up would have been helpful.
We were to see a pineapple plantation but all we saw was dirt and a few very small plants, we were told that someone had pulled the plants out and they need to be restarted.
Tour guide was very crude with his stories of his sex life.He had the bus pull over at the side of the road so he could order his lunch.

Better tours and less money than cruise line.

Locating the tour guide was quite difficult. The Tour Van was at best, scary considering its condition both inside & outside. Also, way OVERPRICED even without the issues I previously noted.

Great reviews and details about all the excursions available. Have booked thru this site a few other times. never disappointed.

Great Tour. Our guide "Little Junior" was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. We enjoyed our tour so much we are thinking of returning to Puerto Rico for an extended stay in the future.

Shore Excursions Group feels like a scam. A trip to The Baths - poorly organized, far too many people, awful. An hour to “hike” to the beach was an hour of standing around while 120 people attempted to make their way on the trail that should’ve taken 15-20 min to walk. Better off getting a private taxi and waiting for the lull in tourists. Absolute waste of money and time.

It’s a total money grab from a broker too. So the local companies don’t get your full tour fee. In fact. The upcharge is more than double. And. The refund/cancel/change policy is practically nonexistent. Local water sport company even advised us to never use this company again and stressed that the businesses have just as many issues working with this company.

Easy to navigate website. Loved that it remembered our cruise, every time I pulled it up.

Great information, clear and concise website. My concern is I was booking a dive charter. It is understandable that you require personal details of everyone diving, such as certification agency, certification levels, certification numbers etc. Instead of having two lines where you can type in information, there should be dedicated boxes for each line item that you are asking about. I feel that this would make the data entry easier cleaner to read.

the cruise itself was marvelous. We joined my brother-in-llaw the Fredricks reunion. the excursion that we had booked thru the travel agent was not posted with our package so we never went on one. our travel agent was with Vaction to go, other than that we enjoyed the 7 days out.
