Have bought various items both for myself and as gifts. Well packaged and delivered as advised. Coffee stayed hot while at grandsons rugby whatever the weather! Water stays cold all day in work. Great choice of colours. Can’t say anything about customer service as I’ve not had any complaints!

Love my drinks bottles, as soon as i received them i knew i had purchased a professional product just by the packaging alone and i was right, a fantastic product that i wouldn't hesitate to purchase again and again.

Great company with great products. I have bottles, flask and cups,all of which do exactly as they are supposed to!! I had one minor issue which was resolved perfectly. I would highly recommend SHO,if you are thinking about it get one !

Always great products and excellent customer service, the items are very robust and stay looking good. I have purchased a few things now and never had any problems, they make great gifts too due to the cute packaging they arrive in, no extra wrapping paper required!

I can't praise SHO enough, so far I have purchased 5 different products from them, 2 big calix tumblers, a smaller one with an handle and also 2 water bottles
Everything I've had has been well packaged, arrived on time and has done what they said,even when I had a problem with 1 of the lids it was replaced without any quibbles, a great company

I have purchased many item's from SHO and have always been very satisfied. The order process is easy and delivery quick. Great packaging too, so no damage in transit.
Customer service is very efficient and professional.
The choice of item's is great, with lovely colour's and designs.They really do keep drinks cold or hot for a long time too.
There are alot of similar bottles around, but these are far better quality.

Have bought several SHO bottles and cups over the years. The choice of colours is awesome, something for everyone. Superb quality and design. I was delighted with my first SHO bottle bought during lockdown with a generous Key Worker discount. I would have one in every colour if I could!! Always superbly and securely packaged and prompt delivery.

It was the artwork on the bottles that first attracted me ...but you shouldn't pick a product just because it looks nice should you?! The ordering process was easy and efficient, my bottle arrived packaged so beautifully I could have given it as a gift. My first bottle (500ml) is now a few years old. I use it everyday. It's been across the planet with me, it's been dropped and dragged about on the outside of a daypack. It is the only bottle that I have had that has NEVER leaked. The artwork shows a bit of wear on the base ( next to a small dent). Since my first purchase, I have bought another 500 ml bottle for my partner, 2x 1000 ml bottles for when we travel/ go out on daytrips, 3x food thingies( I can't remember what they're called) I take hot food to work and it stays really hot well into the afternoon. My partner is an engineer and raves about the design and quality of build. So all in all, I'm pretty pleased with this product/ company!! If the artwork wears off a bit more, I might be able to justify a new one!!

Everything I’ve bought from this company has been delivered promptly ,the packaging for their items is so sturdy . I really like everything I’ve bought so far so easy to use great choice of colours and patterns wish I could find a legitimate reason to buy more 😂.love that drinks stay cold for so long and really like my new XL tumbler .

This company’s cups and bottles really does what it says on the label. We have tried a lot of different products but when I found SHO ! I couldn’t believe how amazing their products are …… they do keep your cold drinks really cold and your hot drinks really hot ….a saviour if you visit or live in a hot country , your water bottle can be boiling on the outside but still cold inside …personally i have bought these as gifts for friends and family and recommended to lots of people , i would not buy any other make of water bottle's, food flasks or cups.

Recently purchased SHO sports bottles - absolutely fantastic customer service with excellent communication. The high quality products are amazing and really keep my drinks cool for a long time.

I now have 6 different items 2 sizes of bottle 2 sizes of food flasks the new tumbler and a guzzler bottle . Cold stays cold all day and food flask filled at 7am was perfect at 1pm lunch

I've bought many for family members too.
I use mine daily as do family members. My grandson loves his different water bottles.
The colours and picture designs are fabulous.
