Excellent and friendly service
Excellent service, high quality product and good communication. This was my first time ordering printed CDs and I had no idea what to do. But thanks to the templates on short-run.co.uk I was able to produce album art that fit perfectly on the sleeve and CD. I'm delighted with the results, and will definitely use them again. They accidentally printed too many CDs, but rather than throw them away they sent them to me as free extras. For me that's above and beyond the expected level of service. They even sent me some Haribo sweets!

My fourth order
I recently used short run again for duplication of 50 cds. Excellent service, great price, and a very quick turnaround. Ordered around 10 Dec and got cds on 8 Jan which is very impressive given the holidays and the accelerating pandemic. Another order will be coming their way shortly.

EDIT: re: the response to this review, they first said they'd send the new ones out "next week" which, regardless of circumstances, is unacceptable when the mistake initially was theirs. Only after I complained did they offer to send them the next day.

Due to Covid-19, we are extremely short-staffed and so we did this as quickly as we could but also as safe as we could
The re-prints had been sent out the next day from here to Sweden but again due to Covid-19 delivery times had taken longer going from the UK to other countries at the moment
That was out of our control on the speed that took
Sorry, you felt we could do better with being more swift but we are in unprecedented times like most of the world at the moment
Update: We said it would be next week because you asked in the afternoon on the 6th May about this going out the same week and Friday the 8th May was a bank holiday in the UK for VE day.
So that's why we said it would be next week before it could be sent out.
But we did instead push out all the stops and make sure this left the next day from here on the 7th May before the bank holiday.

Speedy service, good communication, very nice quality, great prices - what's not to like? Would definitely recommend and use again.

Short Run is one of the best!
I've been using Short Run for years now, they have always been excellent, both in terms of service and product quality. I use nobody else and over the years I've had dozens of cds made in a variety of formats and they've always been top notch. Graeme and the team are great to deal with, I thoroughly recommend them.

Great cd duplication service
I have used short run for two short run cd projects and found them to be excellent. Quality of the cds and of the covers has been first rate and turn around time very good. I can strongly recommend and will use again with my cd duplication projects for 2020. As their name suggests they can do very short runs with a minimum of 25 which I have used for one project for a recording of an amateur singer performing Somervell's 'Shropshire lad'.
