Beware extra fees - please read the small print. Like a lot of people reviewing this company, I got sucked in thinking 'Midlands Meet and Greet' was 'East Midlands Meet and Greet' the amazing and official M&G service with dedicated space and office at the airport. Knew something was amiss when I arrived at the official M&G to find they hadn't got a booking from me (always use them) but did receive a phone call to say a driver was waiting for me if I made my way round to Carpark One. So here's the thing; you pay £6 to get in and out of this carpark on top of your fee...something that is in the small print and not made clear in the quote. You also have to find a parking space and park up in a carpark not knowing where your car is going. I can't see how this is a M&G service at all as you have to find a space in the busy carpark and you have to wait for the driver to deliver your car to this carpark again. So you wait in the carpark like a prize chump while watching people who have simply parked at the airport without paying the M&G premium drive away. Left a clean car with them; dusty and wheels dirty on picking up 3 days later; especially the driver's mat and for some reason the rear seat. Just booked another meet and greet and I must have checked it was the official one 50 x as I was that determined not to get sucked in again. On the positive side - both drivers who met us there were polite.

We were booked through Trusted Travel which turned out to be a scam as they didn't pay MidlandsParking.co.uk so MidlansParking cancelled our booking and we had to pay again. So far so good. We were told we would have to pay £63.75 instead of the £63.37 that we had already paid but they then charged another £6 "barrier fee" which is the first con. But what you need to realise is that this isn't East Midlands Meet and Greet but MidlandsParking Meet and Greet - an entirely different organisation so this is the second con. More a Con than a Scam like Trusted Travel.
