Charged for flat box shipping and shipped order in rolled box. Posters got damaged and didn't arrive flat as expected. Didn't inform if flat box was not available before shipping. Didn't refund the amount.

My only regret is that I didn't buy more. When you first see the low price of these prints, you're a little hesitant. Don't be. Take advantage of the price break if you're dealing in quantity. The quality of these proofs is grade A! Beautiful color rendition, great tonal value, excellent sharpness and resolution. Printed on a nice heavy weight cover stock.
