Great price for high quality posters, not grainy

I ordered 13 large exhibit posters and all of the ones with dark colors bled and became unreadable when they were laminated. Office Depot kindly reprinted them and said they'd never seen it happen before but it may have been an issue with old or expired black ink. When I called Shortrun to let them know I was told that was normal and they themselves "don't laminate them for a reason" and that "it's something you should have looked into before getting them printed."
I wasn't actually calling to ask for anything since Office Depot solved the whole problem, so I was just calling to let Shortrun know it happened - but the conversation was so awful that now I'm definitely never ordering from Shortrun again.

The quality of the prints was better than u could have hoped for. And the price was very reasonable. After this experience, I plan to order many more prints going forward.
