Warranty period is a wrought
Bought a SMOK IPX80 on November 13th, stopped charging on 7th March and they refused to do a thing because of their store policy of 3 month warranty. Wrote to HO and they dont want to know about it either. Manufacturer warranty is 6 months with SMOK which they wouldn't acknowledge. Terrible service and they've just lost a loyal customer of 5 years.

Road where a bunch of nice young ladies used to work: I joked with the guy beyhind the counter that we now have fat old men like us working here. The guy absolutely freaked out and started screaming at me threatened to call the cops. I explained to him that I was just breaking his balls and making a joke but somehow that wasn’t enough. He kept screaming at me and behaving very aggressively even after I apologised said I was joking. I wouldn’t go to this place until the nice young ladies are
Working there again but that’s just my opinion.
Very bad after-sales service
Very bad after-sales service, they do not give any answers, they do not solve anything, you have to send them like 5 emails for nothing. And worst of all, they do not return your money, nor do they look for the lost product. they are a shame online.

Shosha is leaving fake reviews on google for all there stores! This is clearly obvious and also something that is illegal under the Fair Trading Act! with fines like
$200,000 for individuals; and
$600,000 for companies or other body corporate.
there being shady and going against the consumers grantee act and getting away with it! ill be passing this information onto the correct people to deal with this as i have solid evidence from current employees at Shosha stores stating the never served these customers leaving reviews.

Ordered online and gave my shipping address. They took my money fine then emailed me a day later to say they don’t ship to Australia. Fair enough, don’t know why they would accept the order to start with, but ok. Said they will refund my purchase. After a month of phone calls I keep getting told the accounts team haven’t authorised the refund and haven’t got back to us. An absolute rip off company. Don’t trust them at all!!!

I bought a pipe from the Ashburton store, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The quality was subpar, and it didn’t function as well as I had hoped. However, the store had decent customer service, and the selection was okay. Hoping for better quality next time

Ashburton store sold me the worst pipe I’ve ever used. Doesn’t work and not able to get a refund when I went back. Do not buy the pipes!!!! WORST QUALITY and complete waste of money
Unsafe policies
Went to the pukekohe store today looking to spend a good 300 plues dollars to outfit my self my wife and my 20 yeaar old daughter with new bits and was told my 4 year old was not allowed in the store at all. so it is shoshas view that i leave my child out of site in a car, meaning that infants or thoes children with medical dependiences can not be in store at all. i have a feeling if i was a single female with her infant they would not have blinked as my wife has had our son with her before in the pukekohe store and no one said a thing. this interactrion shows a discriminatory company policy against parents with dependant children and men.
Nasty Pink haired middle age woman
Today I went to get my usual vape juice they were out of stock and offered me an alternative. Unfortunately, when I filled my vape, their was a horrible rotten fruit taste and smell. Shosha eastgate refunded me no questions asked. They also let me know the Stanmore Rd store had what I was looking for. I arrive there got the juice and went to pay for it. Server asks my daughter for ID as she came in with me. I know it's irrelevant how old my daughter is if she does not have ID on her. I accepted that as I know that law. I asked the pink haired woman when was it ok to come back as this was the only store in stock. She looked at me and straight up said "never" in a very screwed up voice. I was a loyal customer, spending about $500 every few months.
This BS really got to me. I will not be using Shosha again.

Don’t order if you’re from Australia. Multiple emails sent to enquire about my products with no response. And now can’t get into website. Save yourself the trouble and expense.
