PPP - piss poor performance, another new zealand company not worth the toilet paper their incorporation was done on. avoid as they refuse to provide support happy to do a money grab, and nothing after that. support number in AU is false, contact us is a scam. Reported as a scam to bank - they are reversing transaction

I have submitted two tickets and now sent two emails, and no one has updated me on my order. The cost of these products is $180. This isn't good enough. I have since looked at reviews on the Shosha NZ site and there seems to be a similar problem. Please improve your customer support for missing items.
