One of two items had a small hole in it…
One of two items had a small hole in it when it arrived. I suppose because of the damaged plastic foil packaging. It is careless to send inflatable items in thin plastic packaging instead of carton packaging. Or maybe a production failure, because it was a thin little hole, that I tried to repair with glue.

Has been a great experience working with Shosu and dealing with them. They gave me a break on the shipping costs because they were so high to ship to America.
I'm super excited about my preorder with the company and look forward to dealing with them again.

HUGE, LOVELY DESIGNS FUN QUALITY BEACH BALLS
We bought a couple of giant size beachballs from Shosu. A pink heart patterned one and a Rainbow coloured party ball.
Contact and customer service has throughout been outstanding. regular updates and really helpful at all times and arrived really promptly.
The balls are gorgeous. Nice quality. PROPERLY ROUND, nice big valve for quick inflation and deflation without ruining the look of the ball. huge sized, nice quality vinyl and really lovely designs away from the usual mass produced stuff on the market. Lovely bouncy huge really good fun and quality beach balls with a a bit of a difference.
Highly recommend buying from this company if you want some nice beahballs that stand out from the crowd. Thanks all at Shosu. look foward to your future designs.
