Wow so fast!
We needed some ‘wheels’ for our shower door as we are refurbishing our shower room and the old one, whole working fine, were pitted and unsightly.
The web site is superb for identifying the correct product. Ordered just after 1pm and with us 10.30 the next morning. 10 star service!

Product is OK. Securing bolt length
Product is OK, but the bolt screwing the two halves together was too long preventing any rotation around a vertical axis when the door slides round a curved rail. Solution would be a shorter (by ~2mm) bolt or a washer under the countersunk bolt head.

We’re really pleased we could help you out over the phone and get the rollers to you the very next day, but I'm sorry to hear the bolts needed a bit of modification to get everything swivelling smoothly on your curved rail.
Because there are so many different shower enclosures out there, it can sometimes be tricky to find an exact out of the box replacement, and we know it can be frustrating when parts don't fit perfectly straight away.
We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share exactly how you solved the issue by shortening the bolts. Detailed feedback like yours is incredibly helpful to us, as it means we can update our notes and better advise other customers who might be trying to fit replacement parts to the exact same April shower enclosure.

Not exactly the pat I was after for my Roman shower but I was able to fit the piece in place of the one that was broken. The screw for fixing was too small so used the existing one I had. Having said that good value for theoney.

24 hrs and I had a working shower screen
I took measurements from my old runners and identified the closest from their range. Ordered the correct ones, paid for a fast delivery and they arrived the next. They were easy to fit and adjust and sorted in the same day.
