To provide some clarity on our initial email, our assessment was based entirely on the photograph you sent, which did not include the written dimensions we require for an accurate match.
Our technical team made their best attempt to derive the measurements by scaling the image that you sent. The estimated dimensions, combined with significant visual differences (the wheel/body colour in your photo did not match any of our stock), led us to believe we could not supply a suitable part. To avoid sending you an incorrect component and causing further frustration, we advised trying an alternative supplier.
The accuracy of shower roller parts is critical, often down to the millimetre. This is why we always request that customers provide precise measurements to guarantee a perfect match.
We are pleased you ultimately found the correct part on our website and that you were happy with our delivery speed.
