I’ve emailed multiple times about an order that was not received. I would really appreciate it if this company would take this more seriously as I am a paying customer and ordered product that I haven’t received.

Shipping was very quick and my order shipped right away. They are also fantastic at communication. My box was labeled as fragile, and they made sure that my items were arrived in time I would order from them again.

Delivery time is great and the products are great too and I will be ordering from them indefinitely

If you asked me the same question a year or so ago, I would have given 5 stars. They used to send a couple free face masks with order and face care ointment or something like that, and the more you order the more free stuff you get. Nowadays, you only get one pack of eye masks. I do not like that change. I feel like I spend enough money to where they can afford one free face mask in 6 months.
Other than that, I am a satisfied customer.
