Paid for NEXT DAY Shipping yet no order yet!
If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered early in the morning, expecting my order to process the SAME DAY seeing how I just paid your greedy company $41.26 for NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING. Now it’s going on the SECOND day, the day I’m SUPPOSE to be receiving my order. I’ve sent numerous emails and messages on social media and NO RESPONSE. Not even a dang apology. I never had this issue the first time I ordered with this company but now when I do the most expensive shipping method, they go GHOST, DON’T UPDATE, & DOESNT DELIVER in the timeframe I paid EXTRA for. I need my money back, a discount or something! I would have paid the slowest shipping if I knew I was not going to receive it next day nor kit even an email update apologizing for the delay. I’m pissed right now because I needed my item before the weekend for a reason and I wasted my money.
