I only wish I'd read the review posted in October last year before I'd bought a shed from Showood - mind you the choice is limited. Yes we're experienced DIYers and know how to put roofing felt onto a roof the correct way i.e. parallel to the sides; however when the felt supplied is too short to be installed correctly you have to adapt and then try to reclaim the correct lengths of roof felt. Showood were totally useless at this despite being presented with all the evidence that the material supplied was too short and didn't match their instructions. They washed their hands of the issue. However there is KEP in the town where I live and will be visiting there to file a complaint and try to get resolution

I saw at our friend , their products (Lasiti.com products) and we was asthonished how nice and pleasant is to build a wood house sold by Showood ! 3 engineers( not lincesed, is true at MIT, so,we are stupid and we don't know to keep in our hands a hammer !) and a specialized greek carpenter , realized to build something great ! I know it was our fault and their products are perfect ! Sorry to be so stupid(we) !Sorry to don't have the "special skills" they are talking about ! Really, you will need special skills to make from a bean which likes to be a propeller, a straight one !
Thank you Showood ! Because I saw your very good quality, before I bought it ! Special and outstanding products ! And you will feel protected if you dare to put a non 5 star review, because they will follow you and put in the court, as they threthen! Safe place !
As you can see from their answer, they don't tell that the products are as in the pictures ! They only threat !
When you have an oppinion, is ilegal from their oppinion? Oppinions has to be only positives, otherwise you are threatened with lawsuit? And threatened?
They use the fist-in-the-mouth policy ? Why, with so great products ?
Are threats part of company policy? As I understand from someone who bought from them, their contact phones are only for threathen ! Why, when their products are so good?
Someone who bought from them and dared to publish a review, was threaten by an employee of Showood and he was in hospital for medical treatment because of this ! But this are personal problems that Showood no needs to know ! They have only to manage their amazing products !
If they want pictures of their products, it's enough to ask for ! We have a lot ! Thank you Showood !
From their answer I understand that is the third review ! It's only this and , instead to threaten again, as saw at my friends, they can find answer at the real problems they have: the quality of the wood beams ! And the quality of their products ! I don't see nothing about this ! Really, I didn't say anytime that I bought ! I say only that I saw their products at someone, and to close my oppinion, because of the products problems is censure ! I don't know if this is accepted by anyone client !I see that they are conducting investigations to find out who allowed themselves to publish a bad review! It would be much fairer to customers to improve the quality of their products and stop threatening people to the point of putting them in a mental hospital, like they did with an acquaintance! It's a perfect attitude! Keep it up Showood! With this attitude !!! It's perfect ! You see: nice words !!!
The European law and the Greek law allow only very nice reviews ! Otherwise, we are ready to go in jail for our someone oppinion who was threathen ! A third part oppinion is censured by Showood and Google? No problems ! Good to know this !
I have pictures from my friens which will prove the quality of what I said ! But...............I will show them only under pressure.................I am waiting the threaten of Showood, as they use in this kind of reviews ! As I understand, for an oppinion like this, Showood want to cames me in the court ! Is very interesting !
