shocking customer service. ordered and paid extra for next day delivery. shows ordered before 2pm same day dispatch. took 2 day to send and when chasing kept sending me delivery times. also wont speak to me. no offer to assist any way. tried to cancel but they refused

I ordered a new set of plates on the 18th June and the order arrived before lunch the next day 😊Excellent customer service and communication from placing the order right through until the delivery.
Well packed product with all the fixings you could possibly need to fit them, really good quality printing and definitely a hassle free way of purchasing new plates, Thankyou again Showplatesworld.

I am rating this before I have received my order because the customer service is diabolical. Reading the reviews below it seems like we have bought from two different companies.
I have been contacting customer service since Monday, no one answers the phone I have left a voicemail for them to call back. I emailed yesterday asking for someone to contact me as I paid £9.99 express delivery and ordered before 2pm on Monday and my response was a copied and pasted info with no response to my actual email, it stated they do not advertise same day dispatch, which if you look on their site it’s the first thing you see. I also quoted a paragraph from their terms and conditions which I weirdly can not see anymore.
This reg is a gift for my dad’s 70th on Saturday, my item has still not been dispatched. I have emailed to ask them to cancel my order and again no response (and yes I have also checked my junk as it states on the website).
I have a small business myself, and thrive of recommending other small businesses, but the service starts with the customer to say I will not be recommending this company is an understatement

Paid for express delivery, ordered hours before the ‘same day despatch’ deadline and Evri tracking provided by them, says ‘we’re expecting your parcel’ the day after I ordered it

Made exactly as I wanted and shipped very quickly.

Good price and reasonable delivery but very poor quality and customer service. Queried number plate as plate was irregular shaped on bottom edge and was told it was normal. Who wants to put a misshapen number plate on their car!
Must have order 30 plus plates from other suppliers and never had this problem.

What an waist of time, I bought on Thursday early morning, payed express delivery fees and they send it out only following Tuesday, it took nearly a week to get it on express delivery and same day dispatch, it’s a joke
Yeah it was a bank holiday but it’s not an excuse to take a extra charge and don’t send it on a day I bought, evri received only on Tuesday, when you stating same day dispatch and by the way evri was delivering on Saturday, that why it’s no excuses just say sorry refund an extra charge you took and it will be faire

Great plate.
I only gave 4 stars after paying £10 for “express” delivery. And receiving 5 days after order.

Haven’t received the plates, EVRI has lost them, I have sent 2 emails and I have left 3 messages for ShowPlates to resend the plates, but I haven’t had a call or email from them

False advertising - claim they will ship it same day. I ordered in the morning on a Friday and they only posted it on a Tuesday (5 days). People that run a business like this should get stuck in traffic while there loved ones are in hospital dying. I’ve watched my mate make a number plate in a hour or two, for these rates the company should honour the advertisement.

Good product at great price.
However, the back was not black and I was not given the opportunity to choose black.
Postage was really expensive for such a small item and for that reason I may look elsewhere next time.

I had a small issue with my order, the customer service agent was extremely helpful and resolved the issue and helped me place my order again. My plates were received in 2 days and are of extremely high quality, I am very please with my order and would highly recommend this company.

Do not waste your money on the next day delivery £8.99 . It's been 3 days still no plate . You better of just go with a standard delivery option. Order on 4th late afternoon ,so they had plenty time to sort it out . Today is a 7th the plates are not even in transit . Think twice if you needed the plates for weekend show . You better of go with a different supplier or order the plates in advance of a week. Not impressed

Had to order two plates as the first one broke. The second plate arrived and looked totally different and had no issues (at had quality guarantee stickers on it. I wrote to show plates about my issue and had no response so my order cost me double!!
However the second plate was fine and quick delivery
