Unable to make contact regarding recent order status. No phone number & email address supplied seems uncontactable.
Previous orders fine as delivered within a couple of days, but this one not received & seems no way of progressing

Do not order from this company worse plates ever I asked for a gap between numbers and letter they didn’t do it after I made the plate up with gap online .payed express delivery thay came four days later not even the right colour back ground you carnt get back in touch there number is fake they never answer emails don’t get ripped off

I don’t think the plate I received is legal. SU 9004 does not have a space between the U and 9 ie. SU9004.

Please with the quality, quick delivery and the care with packaging, will definitely order again.

I ordered plates 6 days ago and still not received them and sent e mail asking where they are and no response

Plate still not arrived and courier continually saying there is a delay, tried to contact supplier and that is very difficult they respond with time of sending - no help at all once money has been taken. Would definitely not recommend this firm.

Use EVRI for delivery...need I say more
I'm sure that their plates are great and the whole ordering process was quick and easily. However, sadly they use EVRI for delivery and insist on a signature on delivery. Of course EVRI try twice, (not the 3 times that they claim), whilst I am on holiday. So they then return to sender. I ask them to send again and without the need for a signature, its hardly a high valueable item. But they send it through EVRI in the same way all over again. So it goes back to sender again and then is cancelled down. So now I have gone elsewhere.
Additional edit after response from Showplatesworld: They did indeed refund my payment after EVRI were unable to deliver. They were also very helpful when I spoke to them during the process, but their ongoing use of EVRI as a delivery partner is always going to negativly impact them, and the need for a signature upon delivery makes the process unecessarily complicated. I have upgraded my response to 3 stars from my original 1 star due to their prompt response to my original review and their proactive customer service. I re-ordered my plates through Premium Plates which once you have placed the order becomes apparant is the same company, using the same incompetent delivery company. Luckily I was home to receive the package this time, and so these guys got my business anyway.
