I ordered a number plate for my…
I ordered a number plate for my motorbike. Problem was it was off centre by 7mm. I called the company and the lady said, not to worry we'll get another one out straight away! She said fit the defective one on until the new one comes. I've tried contacting them by phone. Sounds like it's cut off, and I've emailed them at least three times with no answer! Take my advice and steer clear of these messers!!!

Ist courier (Evri) useless. Don't give a date or time for delivery, and no option for when recipient is not in. Plates returned to sender, who sent them via Royal mail...much better!!
Plates superb quality and as I specified...I don't mind paying a little extra postage if it means I get them when I want them.

BRILLIANT
Being a senior Muppet I accidentally ordered and paid for two sets of plates. Emailed and within an hour Claire replied saying they would cancel and credit the extra set. However both sets arrived (due obviously to their incredibly quick turnaround) emailed Claire she replied keep them as spares. Great service such a rare thing these days!
