Showspace bad customer service

I’ve purchased a product on PayJustNow
The item was out of stock, I was then provided with other options.
The option I chose was R3000 difference in price.
They have sent me the new product, have however not advise PayJustNow and I’m continuing to pay for the original product ordered.
I also have a profile with Showspace, the order however does not reflect on my profile at all!! So I’m unable to log a ticket.
Numerous attempts to reach them over the phone and via email - no response.
This is really unacceptable and frustrating.

Very very unhappy, I bought 3 items in showspace in January still to date I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered in full, and even their fone it's not working you email them no response

I'm very unhappy with this store, I bought 3 items in January and I got one after that there was no update nothing that tells me when will I receive other items in February I called them I don't know how many times with no luck then one day I called someone answered then I got the second item we are in March I've been calling no luck sending emails sending messages through their support system no luck still waiting for my last item, they don't answer fone they don't respond to emails even their support system they don't, I'm just in the dark I don't know what is happening

I bought a Millier Mist Breeze fan…

I bought a Millier Mist Breeze fan leakage at Showspace and it had leakage from the tank. I sent them photos and videos. I was promised last year December that they would come and collect. I made several calls and up to date they have not come and collected the fan.

I got my refund

After a lot of heartache, nagging, continuous ‘ticket’ submissions, unanswered telephone calls, I received a full refund for the item I ordered which was discontinued/out of stock.

They take your money, tell you the product is out of stock, and if you ask for a refund they cut all communication. You can't get ahold of them over any form of communication.

They are the worst store I have dealt with, have endless problems returning a product that is not as advertised.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEN !
Use BRIGHTS as an alternative, by far better.

Refuses to refund credit card

Refuses to refund credit card - only EFT after you supply docs.
Ordered a freezer, price was cheap. Supplier stated out of stock, but the same product URL is used with a new price.
Technically, this is against the seller T&Cs.
They've lied to the customer - and now I need to supply personal banking confirmation letters in order for them to do an EFT refund.
Oh and the refund will take 7-14 days.
