I've ordered more than 25 times so far at ShowZ and all experiences have been great. They have a neat prime bonus points systems that gives 3% buyback and offer really low shipping which is something I look for since I'm in Canada.

March 18, 2023, i reached out to ShowZ to request information on an out of stock item and I received prompt answer. Most companies dont provide a line connectivity like this, but ShowZ does.
ShowZ has been my go to store for the past 4 years. In that time, I have purchased figures from a wide range of characters like Transformers, Marvel, DC, and many more. Thier shipping times are exceptional, and thier customer service beyond great. I rate ShowZ as my number 1 shop for action figure collectibles.

I consider Showz as the best store for transformers and similar figures, I am really happy with all the figures I get on this site, I would like them to last a little longer in stock since some of the figures are sold out very quickly and then the supplier They run out of stock, the prices are the best on the market, their shipping is free and their customer service is great, it would be good if Showz bought more figures so that it is enough for all of us who buy in this excellent store 😁

An excellent, reliable merchant that has always taken care of my orders in a quick and professional manner. I do the majority of my third party buying with showz and have done for many years- and will continue to do so! Highly recommended.

They offer an excellent parts replacement service if you need it, very cheap preorders and some of the best prices around. Plus- premium membership is great if you buy a few pieces now and then, making the points system even better.
If there is an area for improvement, it would be to clarify how the gas discount system works, as I'm still not 100% sure.

EDIT: Just wanted to add to this as today I received my oversized MP8 Reximus metallic from ShowZ. 8 days from shipping to my shelf, a standard ShowZ keep to very well. And the box is HUGE- the fact this cost just $88 with ShowZ taking a further $5.50 off of the cost for shipping (!) is astounding. In the end, this cost just £8 more than the original MP8 I bought from TRU all those years ago. And I got 250 points as a premium member!
Can't recommend ShowZ enough.

I've had no problems ever in my years of using showzstore they've always had the lowest prices on an item and usually by alot sometimes 50 to 60 dollars cheaper, showz is also consistent improving in community feedback and participation by offering very helpful support on any sale and multiple community events inside both their Facebook and discord, showzstore has now easily become my goto place for any figure

They ship my items within 24 hours of ordering and whenever I have a question or concern about my order they respond promptly. It's my main source for buying Joy toy related products

Show Z and Gundammit constantly offer low prices, great communication and timely shipping on products from China. They immediately became my go-to source for 3rd party figures and kits when I stumbled upon their site. The ability to pre order at lower prices than comparable sites is great. If the price ends up changing before release, they are quick to put reward points back into your account. They are a great and trusted site!

Showz are my go to store for official, third and fourth party products.
If there has ever been any problems with products their after sales team is second to none, they care about the fandom which really shines through. It’s a store run by fans for fans and honestly are one of the best stores on the market.

Great customer service, variety, and prices!

Customer service at ShowZ is one of the best on the internet. They really seem to care about their customers experience. They have helped me a few times with issues that I had, and each time the end result was positive. This is why I continue to shop at their store.

I love show z store I never had a bad experience with the service they always come through thanks to good customer service with involving getting replacement parts and canceling orders i messed up.

I've been a customer for a year and a half and I buy from Show.z in complete confidence and at prices that allow me to indulge myself even with a few whims.
The team is very kind and helpful and they put the customer at the center of everything becoming a customer - centric company.

The competitors are numerous and sometimes even at lower prices but I prefer to buy from show.z due to the cash back system through points you receive for purchases or comments and one thing that makes me buy with peace of mind: if the model purchased is placed in offer from one month after purchase, receive the difference in price as a credit on the store avoiding major disappointments ... in this way I can take what I want without waiting and maybe be disappointed that the stock is finished!

I am one of the victims of the DX9 Gabriel case and I really appreciated how the company took full responsibility for the incident and started a plan to fix it without shifting the blame to suppliers and more, so despite my anger and disappointment I am and remain a big supporter of show.z: disasters inevitably happen, you have to see how you react to them.

PROS: great prices, great customer care, polite and helpful staff, many contact channels including Discord, very convenient cash back system, offers you can't say no to

CONS: the company has grown a lot and I notice a delay in communications and customer care, this does not mean that requests are ignored but I simply notice an under staffing. The after service is managed through another platform: it would be the case to integrate everything into the UI of the store.

TIP: I would also like a paid service where the model is opened and checked by the staff to see if everything is in order, this would minimize returns and problems even for those companies where quality assurance is non-existent. On the customer side, I am confident that I will hardly be disappointed or frustrated by a piece for which I have waited months.

Awesome company gets your items to you as quick as possible. If you ever have a damaged figure they will help you with replacement parts and awesome customer service.

Out of all the online shops for third and fourth party Transformers, there is no place that takes care of their people more than those at Show.Z. At Show.Z, you can find some of the best prices for figures new and old, and their shipping services are unreal. I ordered a figure on November 27th as part of a promo event, and it left their warehouse on the 28th, was on my doorstep on December 6th. It only took 9 days for a package to travel overseas and be in my hands, and on top of that the boxes are packaged incredibly securely. You can trust that anything you order through them will safely, securely, and quickly arrive to your home. On the off chance your figure arrives busted or has a crippling QC issue, you absolutely should tell the Show.Z team. They will do everything in their power to hook you up. I read a story on Facebook about how the leg/hip assembly for Magic Square's Optimus 2.0 was misassembled out of the box, both making it unable to transform and unable to move. He told Show.Z, and Show.Z got Magic Square send an entire replacement half of the figure from the waist down for free! Few businesses will go that far out of the way to help their customers in the same way Show.Z does, and that's why they are the one site I swear by up and down. They have no equal.

Side note, as a fun little bonus, Show.Z also provides free sticker sheets with all their orders with faction insignias of all sizes including Shattered Glass. They don't need to go the extra mile like this, but they do.

This is my go to store for 3rd and 4th party transformers. Fast and free shipping is always a favorite quality.
