Very good customer service
Very good customer service. There was a problem with my order not being dispatched but once I contacted them it was quickly sorted.

Easy checkout process and 10/10 customer service
I started to buy direct through their website after shopping through Amazon for a long time. Usually I stick to Amazon for the quick and easy checkout and prime delivery, even though prices can be slightly higher however, I recently purchased direct due to a promo code I had and SHP checkout process is super quick and has built in Apple Pay to make it seamless (maybe even quicker than Amazon?). Delivery arrived fast too so it’s well worth ordering direct and their customer service has always been 10/10
