My experience in attempting to schedule an off-site one time shred has been unbelievable. Unbelievable in a very bad way. I have an account rep and she has told me for 3 MONTHS, YES 3 MONTHS that the computer system is being switched and their response time is lagging. OK great, when can we schedule ? I have been given 4 dates in the past 2 months and they never showed up on any of the dates, no call, just no show. My entire conference room is full of papers to shred in preparation for these appointments. WORST COMPANY EVER

Avoid SHRED-IT !!!
Find quality shred vendors for $35 per stop, not $100+ from Shred-It. Read their contract carefully, it is for 60 months! Choose a vendor with reasonable rates and no long term contract. Shred-It will offer minor changes if you complain, but the amendment to the contracts are all for additional 60 month commitments. BEWARE Shred-It is TOO expensive, poor customer relations and 5 YEAR CONTRACTS.

I do NOT recommend this company. Very unprofessional & rude.
We hired this company to come and pick up many old documents to shred. We paid up front, were given 2 different times the driver would be here and they were given our office hours. The driver was 20 minutes late (after office hours), I then had to call the company to find he was 20 minutes away (40 minutes after office hours). The driver showed up with an attitude, NO apology for being late and no word that he was finished (no paperwork for me to sign when he was done loading up) I reached out the the sales person who was all to happy to take our money and I have YET to receive an email of apology or anything at all. It's been 9 business days. Very unprofessional. I was also told I would receive a document of proof of destruction and you guessed it. NADA! I will never use this company again and I will warn people against using them.
