Recently moved into my new home which I’m very happy with and Ruth made the process from start to finish so easy and stress free. Liam and Andrew have been so helpful since moving in and always checking if everything is okay. I would highly recommend Shropshire homes.

I’m about to move into my Arundel home at Forest Edge. Big, big thank you to Ruth who has made the process as easy as it can be and has always done it with care, kindness and a smile, ( even dealt with my tears).
Also thank you to Liam who I know will make sure my house is perfect for me.

Our new home is of a very high quality. Shropshire Homes have provided a friendly, professional and flexible service throughout. Inevitably, there are snags and issues, but they are minor in the overall scheme of things and are being dealt with very well.

A big thank you to Caroline from Shropshire Homes who made our experience of buying our beautiful new home a truly fabulous one. We have recently moved into our new home at Forrest edge. We are beyond thrilled with our new house it’s everything that we wanted. From the very beginning Ruth made everything so easy for us, always on the end of a phone or an email and you can just see that everyone cares. A special mention to Liam and Andy nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend this company enough.

We have recently reserved a new home at Forest Edge and Ruth has made it such a lovely experience she has amazing attention to detail and has really taken the time to listen and understand us as a family. It really helps to deal with someone so professional, friendly and knowledgeable when making such an important purchase.

Our experience with Shropshire Homes has been outstanding from the get go. We looked at numerous new build development but we felt Forest Edge was the one for us. We put our name down for the Arundel at Forest Edge in November 2022.

We are now in the final stages of our buying journey and will be completing in a few weeks.
Ruth has been outstanding from the beginning, her professionalism and constant updates throughout has been phenomenal. Nothing has been too much trouble, any queries or concerns she’s been on hand that day to sort things out. Aswell as Liam and Andrew who manage the site have been on hand to help us with a technical queries. Highly Recommend Shropshire Homes!

I went to the sales office at the Loggerheads site to see if they were able to help me out with a project to make a maypole for our upcoming May 2nd celebrations.Ruth in the sales office and Andy ,deputy site manager we’re very obliging and interested in what was happening. They were very helpful and within just a couple of minutes had supplied what I needed.A first class response,thank you for all your help

We moved on to the Forest Edge development just before Christmas.
From start to finish we cannot fault the care and attention Ruth and the team have given us.
Ruth especially made the move as stress free as it could be, she was always at the end of the phone or email whenever we had a question or just to hear me vent!
We have been in our beautiful home for almost two months now. We have had the odd snag as you would expect with a new build but nothing too serious and all have been dealt with efficiently and to a high standard.
So far, so good. We cannot recommend the company and the team here enough.

Ruth at Forest Edge development was lovely to deal with and professional in answering our questions and advised us well. The development is small, well laid out, making the most of the setting by beautiful woodland.

Shropshire homes have been amazing. Maggie and the team have been brilliant.
They have helped us so much during the move and been patient.
The development at Crudgington is so nice.
We have never been so happy with everything and would recommend to all.

We moved into our new home on Forest Edge recently and cannot thank Ruth and the team on site enough for all the help and advice they gave us. Ruth went out of her way to be helpful and any teething problems or questions we had were dealt with immediately by Ruth, Liam & Andy the Site Managers. Despite the fact the site is still under construction, the guys on site have been extremely helpful and have tried to cause as little inconvenience to the residents as possible. We are very happy with our new home and can highly recommend Shropshire Homes especially Ruth and the team for their friendly but professional approach.

Through the process from viewing the site, reservation, hiccups with aspects during the conversation process at Woodhouse Farmhouse, into the final moving in stage the Shropshire Homes team have been constructive and supportive.

Build quality and the conversion is excellent. Of course there are some niggles, there are with any property, but I have felt listened to and solutions have been and are being found.

It is helpful to have a Sales Office on site with the same Sales Executive, Caroline, who has been a wonderful and constant support and advisor through this whole relocation from Somerset to Priorslee.

I would thoroughly recommend Shropshire Homes as a developer and thank Caroline and her team for their past and continued efforts.

We moved into our new house recently at Woodhouse Farm Priorslee after reserving our property in June. Our Sales Executive was Caroline at Shropshire Homes and we have to say she has been amazing and very professional from the beginning and right up to completion and also any after sales queries. She always has a smile and warm greetings whenever we have called into the showhome. Caroline endeavoured to always kept us informed throughout our journey and made the process of buying our new home as smooth as possible. Maggie at the Crudgington Fields Phase 2 development was a very friendly professional person who went above & beyond to help us turn a house into a home, even when timescales for choices had surpassed she did her level best to assist us with our preferred choices,thanks Maggie it really makes the difference to other builders that we had visited that were unwilling to assist us in our new home journey!

The workmanship on the build is in our opinion a very good quality & again the Site manager Stuart always tried to accommodate us moving sockets and getting extras ordered such as wine coolers

We purchased our new home in Laurence Park. From the very beginning we had good customer service from Jean in Sales, always listening and answering any queries we had and sorting any issues raised. Jean remained in contact by phone or email. We visited the site so often whilst the house was in the process of being built I’m sure Jean felt like locking the sales office door when we turned up but she always had a smile on her face. Finally a shout out to Darren and John for overlooking the house build and to Simon the painter and decorator for the excellent paintwork in our new home.
