Buyer beware
I have emailed SH Salon multiple times since I received the order. I only received one item although I ordered and paid for two items. I still have not had any response from the company. I asked for a full refund because the item I received didn't fit. The return instructions on their website specifically say to email prior to submitting a return to get approval for a return or else it will not be accepted. I guess if they ignore customers they never have to issue a refund. This company is very shady. I'm very frustrated with their lack of communication.

I still have not received my product
I still have not received my product. If I would have known I would have to have been home to sign on receipt I would not have ordered from you. I rescheduled delivery, stayed home for the day and my package was not received. Beyond frustrated. Next time I'll forget the discount and order from Amazon.

We have been taking to her constantly. Asking her for pictures or videos of the damage. She keeps ignoring us. Now she demanded a refund without showing us if it’s damaged at all. We are sending her a prepaid label to at least get the item back.
