Its about one of the employee of Shubh Gems, Mr Shashank. Its extremely appalling & disturbing that Shubh Gems has retained an employee, Shashank, who is a bully, liar, extremely arrogant by nature. He pressurized me on deleting my reviews about Shubh Gems from Google page & when I didn't relent, he verbally attacked me , made lewd personal remarks & insulted me !!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE & UNETHICAL!!! I HAVE THOUGHT OF FILING A CONSUMER COURT AGAINST Mr Shashank of Shubh Gems for intimidating & harassing a Customer for just expressing my views about the services I received from Shubh Gems & also about the quality of some expensive Gems I bought ftom them !!!

In less than 5 mins, I got a call from Ms Bhawna Sharma telling me not to worry and she will personally look into the matter. I was heartened to know that ShubhGems wasn’t just focused in selling but was genuinely interested in their customers (both existing and potential). The technical issue was resolved promptly and without hesitation on the eve of Deepavali, I made my purchase successfully and received my items in good condition. Ms Bhawna and Mr Prabhat personally made sure they were in touch with me all throughout to update me on the shipping status. I feel happy wearing what I bought. It’s not just because of the benefits which come from the stone, but also because I feel ShubhGems brings a whole new energy to the items that when worn makes you feel comforted and assured.
