AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Ive stop gambling on shuffle for 3 months because of lose streak, started give it another try last week. Manage to get $1k profit, today they put my account in withdraw mode only.

Why you put withdrawal only when im in profit, why not when i'm having lose streak.

My account is gone can't play it anymore, what a scam.

Just be carefull, they let you play in here as long as you lose once you profit they'll ban you.

This site is a total scam when it comes to bonuses. I met every requirement for their $200 Cricket World Cup refund promo (team scored 180, lost the match). Support told me to wait 72 hours, but then they expired the promo after 24 hours just so they wouldn't have to pay me. They are literally stalling until the offer ends so they can keep your money. Unfair and unprofessional. They also ask for kyc docs many things like bank statement and payslip. Do not play in this site.

Edit they still didn't gave me bonus said that those who do not got are not eligible which i clearly am eligible as my friends got the bonus

Shuffle has grown so greedy after they’ve really gained the community’s trust by being a normal site where winnings were normal not tweaked. They for sure tweaked the RTP because before i closed my account keep in mind i did 11 bonus buys on a slot and not a single one paid exactly money back or profit. The support claimed that “slots are volatile” but completely dodged the fact that slots have something called RTP(Return to player) Now with RTP existing and the results that i got from that slot i’ll be honest i’ve never seen that ever. It’s not possible for that to happen. Regardless of whatever the hell happened on that slot these guys always report your own statistics to you INCORRECTLY. They take down profit/loss statistics in a way makes you seem like you didn’t lose as much but in reality you lost a lot more than that. For example these guys make your monthly loss -1000 even though your down twice or three times that amount they will make sure it’s not counted as negative losses so they can give you the shittest bonus for your monthly. Your shitty low Monthly balance will be so low you won’t even withdraw it and will end up losing it all to their rigged ass site. Now when it comes to evolution and pragmatic table games those are different that’s on every site. But the slots is the main attraction usually to these sites and let me tell you the slots Are not it. If you do plan on playing on this site i’d highly recommend farming them for a big win and leave IMMEDIATELY after. Don’t play the long game with these guys because you WILL lose.

update: the typical RTP response, ive been playing casino sites for years. this is not the standard RTP, stop lying, criminals.. I have moved on to a way better more enjoyable site, and i hope everyone reading this decides to do the same
