I am leaving this review after spending a significant amount of time and money on Shuffle, hoping the experience would eventually balance out. It never did. What I encountered was a platform with what feels like extremely poor RTP and a pattern of consistent losing that went far beyond normal variance.

From the very beginning, the games felt tight, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Losing streaks happen. Unfortunately, those streaks never ended. Session after session, week after week, the result was the same: steady losses with almost no meaningful wins to offset them. It did not matter which slot provider I played, which games I rotated through, or how I adjusted my bet sizes. The outcome was always a slow bleed downward.

Bonus rounds were especially frustrating. After long dry spells, finally triggering a bonus should be exciting. Instead, bonuses almost always paid the bare minimum or close to it. Again and again, bonus features failed to even return the wager, let alone provide any kind of upside. When this happens repeatedly over an extended period, it stops feeling unlucky and starts feeling structural.

The advertised RTP numbers simply do not align with the actual experience. If these games are truly operating at their stated returns, then my experience represents an extreme outlier — and the fact that it persisted for so long across so many sessions makes that explanation hard to believe. The gameplay felt flat, predictable, and completely devoid of the volatility that makes slots entertaining.

Another issue is how monotonous the losses become. There are no balance swings, no temporary recoveries, no excitement. You deposit, you play, and your balance steadily disappears. That is not entertainment. That is frustration disguised as gambling.

Support offers no real help or transparency. Any concerns about long‑term losing are brushed off with generic statements about RNG and variance. There is no acknowledgment that months of consistently poor outcomes might indicate a deeper problem with player experience or game configuration.

I fully understand that gambling is not meant to guarantee wins. Losses are part of the experience. But there should be some sense of fairness, randomness, and occasional reward. At Shuffle, that balance feels completely absent. The house edge feels overwhelming, and the enjoyment quickly fades.

If you are considering Shuffle, be aware that in my experience it delivers extremely poor returns and relentless losing with little to no upside. After giving it every chance to improve, I can confidently say this is one of the most unrewarding online casino experiences I have had.

Rewriting my review as shuffle complained and had my previous one taken down. It’s been MONTHS since I have got even remotely close enough to cash out on Shuffle. They have increased the minimum amount to cash out across the board, RTP is abysmal, read the chat when you’re on the website and you will see how much people are complaining about the low RTP. It wasn’t always like this either, I use to love Shuffle and told everyone I know about it. Extremely disappointed in the direction they have taken.

I made my account on January 12th, 2026 and I started playing on it on January 14th, 2026. I only played on my account for 3-4 hours. I thought I had won $300,000 on one of Shuffle’s original games called Waifu Tower. When I won the money, my account was depleted to an over all balance of $0.02. Throughout the whole process I was consistently asking questions and receiving little to no communication. I received open ended answers without resolution stating that my relationship with the company had been discontinued. My account wasn’t even properly verified before they closed and suspended it permanently. I had to consistently send emails to their support team in order to be properly verified and investigated. It took until January 20th, 2026 for them to tell me that there was an error with that specific game. While it is understandable that the winnings were not to be allocated due to maintenance of fair play, they habitually refused communication and wouldn’t state what happened. If I was simply told that there was something wrong with the game in the first place, an entire investigation would not have been necessary.

While their terms of service state that you are to report a circumstance as such as soon as you are aware of the error(s), I was not aware of the game error. Their terms of service also state that something of this nature is a “technical” or “human” error. I had no malice or a desire to abuse Shuffle’s platform in any way shape or form. they have allocated my original deposit back to me, but I am still not satisfied with a resolution as such. I wanted to play on their platform, but they have officially suspended my account without any further communication disregarding my inquiries at the possibility of an opportunity to play again. They have the sole discretion to do what they please in accordance with their Terms of Service with no exceptions. It’s just a shame that accidents that happen while utilizing their platform aren’t overlooked. I am just one of many who have done something on an accident and received termination for it.

Shuffle support communication is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had regarding any entertainment platform I’ve used. I don’t understand why there are excess reviews on Trustpilot.com praising Shuffle support with 1-3 minute response times. I have had excessive delay without a response to my queries with up to 2-3 day intervals before I get minimal effort to engage from their support team.

For those who read this review, I highly recommend looking for a different platform to place bets on, a platform that can actually communicate instead of ignoring you and terminating you without an explanation and doing so just because it was their “sole discretion.”

Update: I contacted shuffle support and they have put my CURRENT account in withdrawal only mode. They disabled everything else on my account. All because I put this review here, and told them about the situation with my old account. Thank you shuffle for pushing me towards a better place.

A few months ago I had someone hack my shuffle account. I immediately requested a shut down of my account to kick the other person out as they had access to my email. I messaged support they shut the account immediately. When I went to reply, access gone, I begged support for weeks for my account back they said no EVEN THOUGH I GAVE PROOF I WAS HACKED AND I NEVER REQUESTED PERMANENT CLOSURE. They had 0 sympathy. Sapphire account with 2 million wagered, they said nothing we can do cause you said permanent. Anyway ive been playing on a new account because I thought ok whatever that's gone.

When i first joined shuffle i was impressed. Cool interface, games felt fair and fun. I booked a few withdraws. Everything seemed normal and i ended up leaving a 5 star review.

It was around the time I hit gold VIP that Everything suddenly changed.

Now, i like to play mostly originals with a bit of slots and it was as if a switch was switched, I stopped winning. Its just loss loss loss with a very occasional win. When i say i literally cant win didly squat im not joking around.

Originals just murder me now. If the dealer doesnt have 20 hes got 21, limbo cracks 2x multiplier once out of every 10 bets on average etc.

What im getting at is, and I never thought I would say this about a casino I've played at, particularly a largish one like shuffle but I am now certain that they have manipulated or nerfed my account. The contrast of now to when I first started is just impossible. I am sure that when I opened my account I had a higher or "normal" RTP% than I do now.

I note that I can still win sometimes on slots and that makes sense because they are all 3rd party and shuffle has no ability to change the RTP on those, but they can do as they please with their originals.

I am a money oriented gambler. So my main objective is to make money and withdraw ahead. That means even if I 1.5-2x my deposit within 5 mins that session is done and im withdrawing.

My only explanation to this is that shuffle hates withdrawals
And just wants process oriented gamblers who dont withdraw, just play their balance down and will nerf accounts that are withdrawing consistently.

Its disgusting. Shuffle is run by Aussies, im Aussie and i am utterly embarrassed and ashamed to know my fellow countrymen could be so unprofessional. This is very un-Australian
