This review is regarding the returning…
This review is regarding the returning process which, unfortunately, has been very disappointing so far.
I returned a skirt, which I sent through DHL according to the rules of Shukr, (including printing my own return label) Tuesday last week.
I updated Shukr, through their WhatsApp profile, that the parcel had been picked up by DHL and i provided them with the receipt. They thanked me and promised to return back as soon as the packet arrived to them.
Yesterday (Tuesday a week after!) I wondered why I didn't hear anything from them, and I decided to track the package on the DHL Web site. Here I found that the packet arrived to Shukr on Thursday last week! But they hadn't contacted me at all!
I wrote them yesterday and again today to ask them to please confirm that they received the packet and to provide me with the paying information, in order to be able to pay the shipping costs for sending me back the skirt in another size.
They don't answer my messages at all!
And I'm wondering if I will ever get another skirt or even money refunded.
This has been a very bad experience with Shukr.
I cannot recommend this to anyone!
Update: Shukr has returned to me, announcing that my item will be shipped after 4 days.

I am glad your return was processed. There are times when we have a large amount of returns to process. Some companies simply shelve returns and sell them to other customers without checking if it is in saleable condition. Nobody wants to receive a clothing item that has been worn by someone else. We unpack the return, make sure it is still new and has not been worn (except for trying on) and then we repackage it in a new packaging. When we have lots of returns at once the process takes a few days to handle. Therefore you experienced a slight delay. If you ever experience any delays in future please email us and let us know and we will deal with the issue promptly for you.
Shopping process was seamless
Shopping process was seamless. Please note that they send their products from the warehouse in Jordan, they do send an e-mail informing about this, but i overlooked it.
They sent the parcel via DHL express with my order.

We ship all UK orders directly from our factory in Amman, Jordan. This allows us to offer alterations on many of our designs. We are now able to lengthen or shorten many items including altering the sleeve length.
This has not affected shipping charges and we still offer free shipping to the UK and orders are delivered within 3 working days via DHL. We also offer low-cost returns via our pre-paid return shipping label and DHL will collect the return from your home or office at no additional charge. If you opt for store credit instead of a refund you benefit from free return shipping. These exceptional benefits are the reason we ship all UK orders directly from our factory in Amman, Jordan.

I've order a 2 Abaya and a dress from…
I've order a 2 Abaya and a dress from here and one hijab. All of great quality. I really love the ethics of this company. The only issue I did have was that one Abaya was tight through the arms and chest but was the same size as the other I had ordered. I looked at the sizing chart and they are the same. I was thinking maybe someone put the wrong size on the dress, I kept the Abaya and I am going to see about getting it altered to make it a little less tight in the arms. Also I think they should offer coupons to costumers who have bought from them for their next order( or every other order) which I haven't seen them do, especially since I had to get an alteration after paying a considerable amount for the Abaya.

The Yasmin Gown you purchased was tighter around the chest and arms because in the past we intentionally made Evening Gowns more fitted. However, as a result of customer feedback we have now made all sizes uniform so this issue has now been resolved and this is the reason you were issued free return shipping for the item.
