Great customer service!
Having bounced around various faceless corporations trying to resolve an issue it was such a joy to speak to the helpful Laura at Shuperb who was able to resolve my issue quickly and without any fuss. I am so grateful to her personal touch in helping me. highly recommend both Laura and Shuperb and will definitely be shopping with them rather than Amazon next time.

I'm always a bit nervous when ordering from a company I haven't used before especially where clothes, shoes in this case are concerned - will they fit, will the quality be up to standard, will the delivery be on time?
I needn't have worried. The shoes are a perfect fit, in terms of quality and style they exceeded my expecting, and the delivery was swift.
I would definitely recommend Shuperb, and will likely use them again when I'm next looking for new new footwear.

Appalling customer service from Shuperb…
Appalling customer service from Shuperb and awful boots from Barbour. I bought a pair of Barbour Marlow boots from them and initially thought they were very good, a great concept of lace up wellingtons - great for long walks. However after two weeks, the laces snapped and the replacements are now fraying too. They will snap anytime soon. This is a design flaw. I don’t want a replacement, just my money back. And Shuperb won’t engage on emails relating to a refund which is a trading standards mandate. Barbour don’t want to know either. Poor show and I’ll never buy from these brands again. Trading standards here we come!

We have been in direct communication with yourself about the issue with the laces, it is with regret that this would not be classed as a manufacturing fault.
The longevity of laces can vary and very much depends on friction, force used and general aftercare, this is not a fault with the manufacturing process but just general wear.
As the boots themselves are fine, we are on this occasion sending you replacement set of laces as a Gesture of Goodwill to ensure you can continue to wear the boots with no further issues.
