Excellent Returns process

I ordered the wrong size of trainers as a gift so wanted to exchange them for the correct size. I followed on line guidance and received the replacements within a few days,(before I have even returned originals), no extra payment asked for in interim pending receipt of return items. The whole process was extremely easy and straightforward. Thank you so much.

Ordered online

Ordered online, had order confirmation, then tracker info, delivered on day state in perfect order. Boots are perfect. But already knew would fit, as have a pair already

Absolutely tremendous service

Absolutely tremendous service - the original slippers were incorrectly sized the customer service was excellent sending a correctly sized pair out within a week and to a different address
The slippers are excellent and the service can not be any better
