Best service brilliant storage place
Best service, efficient and so kind always.
Storage place is fantastic, not too expensive.
We had all issues with a third person, they help desk helped all through.

Positve and negative experiences
1. Office was closed on the day contract was due to commence despite being advertised as being open.
2. Storage box 2.5 m3 was not the shape displayed when booking (ie 2.5m x 1.0m). A note had been added when booking that the storage box was required to be those dimesions in order to store our bicycles. The one supplied is almost square.
3. Staff member handling commencement of contract the following day was most helpful.

Contact with customer service, lady working in reception - everything till now was very positive experience.
Only one small thing are trolleys that are impossible to turn with and in your narrow corridors are horrible to navigate.

Great service, just would be easier to include instructions on how to get unit building B, since the building name is different and it’s tough to be sure where the entrance is.

Bad service and entry code not working
At my second visit the code to leave the building did not work. I had to call the Surgard help line but that person on the phone was really rude and not helpful at all. The app to get in and out was also giving trouble. Finally got the app work and got out. Annoying experience to be locked in their building and not able to get out.
