Good Service
The location is very easy to find and is perfectly located for those in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg whether on S-Bahn, Bike, or Bolt. Very secure modern facility with helpful staff available during the day and weekends. Pricing is fair and a good value. Strongly recommend.

Excellent Storage Facility
I thought it was a joke when I saw that the first month was 1 euro, then I got to the facility and it was clean, spacious and in the right location. I’m glad I found this space.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I recently had to move out of the blue and leave my things in storage. Max from Shurgard helped me with the process. He was polite and professional. I struggled a little with the heavy things on my trolley but he was kind enough to assist me with that as well. It’s only been a few days but I highly recommend this storage facility.

I booked the storage room online
I booked the storage room online, hence all the info I needed was presented very clearly. Later I was contacted by email and set up an appointment date and time for the handover.
The process went smooth and quick. Very friendly and assertive staff.
The facility is very well designed and maintained.

I asked one of the staff for assistance…
I asked one of the staff for assistance bringing in some boxes from a taxi just outside the building. One of the guys sighed pretty heavily and asked if how much stuff there was. There was only a couple of boxes but I was carrying bags and had my hands full. It wasn't a friendly service. I thought it had said on the website that the staff could help during office hours so I was confused at their dismay of me asking. However in the end he did help. The other staff were more pleasant. The facility itself was fine and easy enough to navigate
