Setting up an account for a storage unit was very easy.
I was able to set up a 2nd account as moved from one site to another with no issues.

I received a phone call a few days after booking that my storage was being cancelled due to the fact that my brother ( who has the same surname and lives at the same address as me ) previously booked a storage under his own name. So essentially because my brother booked one a few months ago they found it suspicious that I now needed to book my own… whatever that means. I will definitely look at pursuing the matter in court after having a solicitor through the terms and conditions of the contract I received. So far after reading it myself I can confirm that the terms do not explicitly prohibit this kind of sequential booking by different people from the same household. They did not provide a clear policy in writing that says “only one £1 offer per household.” Their decision appears to be based on suspicion rather than any actual breach of the written agreement. Wouldn’t have expected this from Shurgard but such is life. Will update you all with the outcome.

Really great first experience. Mani and Val were incredibly helpful and kind. They guided me through the app system and talked me through the process. Brilliant guys. Felt very confident and happy about leaving my stuff. Shurguard seems safe, clean, user friendly storage with top staff. Would definitely recommend 👍

The team at the reception of the storage unit were very helpful, especially as I had not received all the correct emails. However, it was not a problem, and they set me up manually.

Excellent Helpful Staffs and Facilities!

Big shout out to the Shurguard Chiswick team. Consistently helpful, quick to answer questions, explaining things. All staff were helpful when I moved my stuff into my unit in January and wonderfully helpful with the removal company when I vacated my unit in September. Throughout my contract with Shurguard, my unit was clean, safe, dry, kept at the right temperature and completely secure. I had bad customer service at another storage facility locally, so in January 2024 I chose Shurguard - I am really pleased I did! Great service.

The guys who run this place are amazing and an asset to the company. They genuinely care about their customers and their work. If you ever have any issues you can speak directly with the manager and he is very responsive and will personally help. It's very good value for money, extremely clean and secure. Highly recommend.

Chaps there were easy breezy to talk to and helped me size up my unit, without fuss. Showed me how the locks operated and gave me simple instructions to follow, for when I leave the unit. Happy customer
