Price of £1 for the 1st month - OK + £18 for insurance - very good. However the app does not work so you only have access when the office is open. Which is a problem.

Best for customer service
We went looking around a few self storage places in Eastbourne. So glad we went to Shurgard. Alicia there was so friendly and helpful. We took up a lot of her time asking questions. She didn’t rush us and answered everything. Thank you Alicia! Also the price is good and nice storage options and units. We will definitely be coming back when we’re ready to put our stuff in storage.
