Really helpful on phone and in person. Valter really great when I had trouble with technology! Would really recommend - easy to find and great prices.

I had a great experience moving into my storage unit thanks to Riyad and Sarita. Riyad was extremely helpful on the phone and made sure I had all the information I needed before arriving, which made the whole process much smoother.

When I arrived Sarita was kind, patient, and very welcoming. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was sorted properly. Both provided excellent customer service and made what could have been a stressful move in experience feel easy and straightforward.

A top rate all round service. We rented a storage unit at Shurgard Farnborough and from start to finish the experience was second to none. Just from customer service alone, I couldn’t recommend Shurgard in Farnborough more. A lady called Sarita helped me over the phone due to me accidentally making a duplicate booking for storage. Sarita explained to me in great detail how the likes of the entrance and use of the storage works and regardless of me accidentally causing her extra work, it wasn’t a problem too big for her and she was ever so friendly, quick to resolve and a happy voice to deal with at the other end of the line.
Very easy company to get through to all in all if assistance is required, though the process overall of making use of the storage facility sounds simple enough!

I had reason to upgrade my storage from 75 sq ft to 180 sq ft at Shurgard in Farnborough. Had an excellent experience making the change. A very lovely young lady in the office was extremely helpful and friendly and efficient, and did all the paperwork and explained how it all worked, including me changing my mind as to the size of cell I wanted at the last moment. I had planned to go to a 150 sq ft but then decided on a 180 sq ft cell instead. She even gave me a cup of coffee, after my hour of moving stuff! Once I had moved my stuff, she did the paperwork and I signed up. Thank you very much indeed for an excellent result, definitely 5*

The store manager chris was very good at what he does. What a great guy and the customer service he brings is second to none. Well done
