Brilliant Customer Service
Sorry I don't remember his name, but the man at Romford was beyond helpful when we arrived to confirm our ID and view our unit. He helped us to decide which unit best suited our needs. So patient, even when we changed our minds twice. Excellent customer service!

Good convenient friendly service
Good convenient friendly service. Only downside was experience of blockage of route to lock-up by other customers filling up beyond a whole corridor with their items making access problematic and reroute necessary to achieve access. No supervision apparent.

The storage itself is clean and most of the staff are quite polite and professional but I have had one particular staff who is generally very rude and threatening. Having a contract with the company does not actually authorise the staff to be extremely rude no matter what the situation is staff always threatening to destroy your belongings. And the price for storage increased from 200 to almost 500 over 2 years . I had a very bad experience with Shuggard Romford

I DIDNT COME HERE FOR A CONVESATION AND IVE BEEN THERE 2 MONTHS.
THEY DONT KNOW WHAT I KEEP IN THAT STORAGE UNIT.
