Easy to areange on the app including arranging padlock, verifying security etc. On the day access to the site was easy using the app to control opening of gates and door. You also have back up codes in case you arent happy to ise the phone. Pleanty of parking and trolleys to help move items from car to alloted storage

I had an excellent experience with Shurgard Self Storage - Southampton. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Renting a unit was quick and hassle-free, the price was good, and I felt confident my belongings were in good hands. Highly recommend!

Staff was helpful in getting my access sort out. It took long time but in the end it was sorted.

So far excellent. So easy to book a unit and pay online. Excellent customer service on phone. And very pleasant and stress free experience of using at a time convenient to me. Wish Id taken the plunge years ago to store what would be loft items rather than stuff them all over my 2 bed flat. Makes my flat seem so much bigger and is easier to clean ! Also you can't miss the big red Shurgard storage building so easy to locate in Southampton.

Mackenzie at the Southampton site was courteous, concise, conscientious and a pleasure to deal with. Shugard should be proud to have him representing their company/brand.

1st time we have used a storage facility and have so far been very impressed.Dan and Mackenzie were extremely helpful in explaining how to use the store and setting up shurgard app for access, accounts etc.The storage centre is very clean and tidy with a good range of trolleys available to help move in.Would throughly reccomend

The staff that followed me up (Dan) was amazing.
Easy to operate even without the intervention of staff, especially on weekends. The fact that I could access the building with my app and access code, and other instructions on a weekend makes it admirable.
Above all, really affordable.

This is an excellent place to store your stuff. With a huge variety of different sized units and the first month at just £1, storing your stuff here is a no brainer. That, alongside the incredible and dedicated team of staff that are always on hand to help you with whatever queries you have makes this place the best around to store anything you need to. Would highly recommend.

One of the staff, Mackenzie has been great. From the start, he has been very polite, patient, courteous and helpful. We also got a good deal with the first month is only costing £1. Overall, the whole place looks very clean and well lit. Our unit is quite close to the lift which makes the move much easier. The only thing is that we are still waiting for the store manager to confirm how we get our initial insurance coverage cost refunded. We were told that we could not take up a unit unless we have some insurance, so, we had to take the Shurgard one, which was not expensive. Now, we have proven to them that we've taken a proper coverage, and now just waiting for that refund to happen.

Easy and seemless rental storage online. Competitive pricing compared to their competition.

The staff working at this location are super friendly and very welcoming, nothing seemed to be too much trouble! The facilities are kept well and in good condition, secured unit is clean/dry and easy to reach with trollies on site. Available parking directly outside is a huge plus. All in all, a very positive experience so far!

It was good to see that you had not changed all the staff, of whom we have as customers found this a little less daunting.
Apart from that very little has changed, still a great place to store all our possessions.
One suggestion, you might want to bring down your insurance premiums, there is a lot of companies out there, all jockeying for customers. Only a suggestion!
