He knows how to trouble shoot in tricky circumstances to bring about resolve and true humanistic approach to great customer service. I can tell you now shurgard that for the same amount you conned be out of I can get a bigger unit in the new Bracknell storage company!!!! Read your reviews I’m not the only 1 who said about the hidden extra costs after you mug them in to signing a month's contract! You are rubbish.

Booked a unit to store my stuff in whilst having renovations done. The staff were helpful, and actually advised me that I didn't need as big of a unit as I'd initially thought, thus saving me money.

Really professional team. The team guided me to one of their online offers. When I arrived everything was ready. They helped me set up the various security precautions and I was away.

We were impressed with the clean & secure environment that our goods are being stored in. Thanks very much.

Really good storage facility with easy access the only thing that lets it down is that when booking online, it didn’t state that you had to have one of their specific locks which was an additional expense that needed to be paid.

The whole process is really easy, and pretty foolproof. Unlike a lot of storage facilities (in my experience), it’s really very clean and easy to access. I found the staff to be really friendly, which is definitely a plus!
