I thought I was trying a free trial and I got charged a 12 months subscription.
I don’t like the program at all especially the meditations. . Have tried using it but find it very difficult. Last night it stopped working about 1a.m. No reason.

Not even 1 star. Horrendous! They charge whatever they want and you can't do anything to get your money back. I selected the 12-month full price plan because it had a free 7-day trial. Next to this option was another 12-month option at a 50% discount, but no free trial. I chose the full price with a free trial. They then proceeded to charge me FULL PRICE, no free trial, no 50% discount, no customer service, no way to claim money back, and I'm left with an App that quite frankly sends you worrying about your sleep and is not very accurate. For a start, I don't have animals in my house, yet it tells me to check my animals..guess it's just me scratching.

Doesn’t work well if you have a spouse who snores and talks in his sleep. It picks all of that up as if it were me so findings are erroneous.

I downloaded the app for the free trial. And canceled after one day a week later I was charged for the subscription.

living with sleep apnea is o easy feat. but since my doctor recommended shuteye, my sleep quality is heaps better.

I recently had a frustrating experience with the Shuteye app that left me feeling cheated and ignored. Despite not selecting any subscription plan, I was charged money from my account. After multiple attempts to reach out to their customer service team via email for a refund, I received no response whatsoever.

The lack of transparency regarding charges is deeply concerning. As a user, I expected to have the freedom to choose a subscription plan or make purchases deliberately. However, the app seemed to have arbitrarily charged me without my consent or knowledge.

Furthermore, the complete silence from the customer service team is unacceptable. It reflects a lack of accountability and care for their users. As a paying customer, I deserve to have my concerns addressed promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, Shuteye failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service.

In conclusion, I advise potential users to exercise caution when dealing with the Shuteye app. The risk of being unfairly charged and the lack of reliable customer support make it an unreliable choice. My experience serves as a warning to others who may consider using this app.

First night recording and basically I am almost dead according to the app, all is bad news with this app, I guess to keep you hooked.
Avoid if your a hypochondriac

Shuteye was suggested by my doctor to address my sleep apnea, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The app has significantly improved my sleep quality.

This is the WORST I’m telling you! All of their emails are bogus and there is no way to contact these people! It’s all automated and the app is not that great whatsoever! So, do it at your risk! Plus, there is no way of unsubscribing thru the email on your”so called “ 7 day free trial!

This app is not worth it you can get more and better for free on YouTube. I figured I would like the custom white noise but the only thing is the most time that you can get on a night with white noise is 120 minutes. As soon as the white noise ends, I wake up. I can go on YouTube and get white noise for eight hours, without it costing me a penny this app is too expensive not to be able to get white noise for as long as you want. I do not recommend it.

I wish I had read the reviews before trying the so called ‘7 day free trial’. I decided I could not use the app after about 30 minutes. When i cancelled, I noted my £24.99 subscription will run for a year. No refund. No way of complaining. Very clever and misleading marketing lures you in, then the app rips you off. This stuff gives internet purchasing a bad name.

Free trial is a lie, they debited my account straight away.
All the icons for sleep stores, meditation or sleep hypnosis lead to the same rain, fire noises..

I down loaded the app in December never used it til February. When I used it ,I put in my credit card info . I thought I was using my free 7 day trail but I was automatically charged $29.99. Noway to contact company. Today is Tuesday. The results are showing Sunday as the correct day. Big scam

Even when I turn this app off it is registering the incorrect wake up time. It is not in sync with the local time. I woke this morning, turned off the app and it reports the time as 2 hours later than it actually is.

This app had many relaxing features and has helped me sleep way better I definitely recommend this app it is a life saver ❤️

I saw Shut eye advert on Instagram and decided to try them for seven days, to see if it will help with logging my sleep activity. Looking at their app, was so busy and confusing that I thought I cannot do this, but Shut eye had immediately gone through my Apple Pay and taken £49.99 from my account, even after I cancelled. This is bad.

The recordings are inaccurate and say I need more deep sleep and have sleep apnea, which worried me. I definitely have no problems with either after doing my research. I have emailed several times to let the developers know and they have not responded to date.

This is a SCAM!

I didn't even subscribe any plans the app automatically charged me for the yearly plan without any of my consent! I downloaded app once and removed it. I've reached out to both Apple Support(this scam app don't even issue an invoice) and my CC bank to chase the fund back as this is such an obvious stealing!

Refund my money now! everyone please DO NOT download this app!

I cancelled the subscription within the trial period. Why am I charged. Please refund my money.
