From the moment we made the initial appointment to the completion of the installation of two sets of shutters, the service has been faultless. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable in advising on the best shutters for our bay windows - which look fabulous! We received regular updates from Sarah about the status of the order and timeframes for delivery/installation. The installation team were brilliant - they were done in a day with both sets of shutters looking great and no mess. We really cannot fault the service received and would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with our shutters. Mitchell was excellent in suggesting the various types of shutters we could have and fitted them to a high standard. The product were very well manufactured and look great. We will be using Mitchell again.

Have recently had my Shuttercraft shutters fitted. I'm so pleased with them, best thing I have ever purchased, far far better than venetian/vertical blinds and net curtains. I was quoted approx 12-16 weeks from ordering to fitting, so you can imagine my surprise when I had an email saying they had arrived and were ready to fit after 9 weeks The two fitters that came were so polite, friendly, clean and tidy and were here bang on time to fit them. I would recommend having shutters to anyone considering them and would also recommend they purchased them and had them fitted by Shuttercraft.

Such an easy company to deal with - communicative, efficient and friendly. The shutters they installed are beautiful and prices reasonable. I don’t have a bad word to say about them.

We ordered a Shutter for our kitchen last year... Andrew was superb no hard sell just quoted what we wanted-his advice was brilliant...The fitter was polite professional tidy and very quiet... No mess... Shutter looked stunning..beautiful quality... We ordered more for the dining room- recently had them fitted they look beautiful like they have always been there... and a reasonable price Excellent service we were updated throughout about our order .. will order again a 5 star service. Just had my shutterblinds fitted! Very pleased with the customer service, Andrew and his team were very professional throughout the whole process, keeping us updated with progress. Steve the fitter was great, he did all the work alone and was able to complete all 6 windows in a day, and left each room spotless!

We are very pleased with our shutters. Although the lead time is quite long Andrew was clear and upfront about all aspects throughout the process. He was very informative at his initial visit answering all our questions and the quotation quickly followed. The installer was efficient and tidy with the end result being just what we were after. Overall a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew and his team to others.

Excellent from start to finish. Turn up on time. Very helpful through the quote process. Quote emailed so no ‘pressure selling’. Very respectful to your home. Wore a mask throughout even though I didn’t stay in the rooms. Work done quickly and all tidying up done. Highly recommended.

We are really impressed with their work, great fit and the windows look brilliant. The quality is very good and the workmen were really friendly and efficient.

Quality of the shutters is excellent, really pleased with them. What really impressed me though was the service. Very prompt, helpful service from Sarah (Birmingham branch). They were quite happy to do a staggered install as one room wasn’t ready in order to avoid any delay for us. Everything was just so easy with them, no stress whatsoever (which was a welcome relief when in the middle of a full property renovation!). Overall really pleased with product and service, would definitely recommend.

We’ll what can I say except WOW! what fantastic service from start to finish.
From the the time Andrew came to our home to show us the range of shutters they provide and measure up, to the day they were fitted by Steve and Jake the whole experience was seamless.
The only down side was having to wait for the shutters to be made, but oh boy was it worth it when they arrived.
Andrew’s in depth knowledge of his products was second to none and his experience/advice on which of the products and styles would best suit our home was invaluable. Thanks Andrew.

Amazing service and value for money. This is the second property we have put blinds and shutters in. In the last property they had been in for 6 years and still looked as good as new.
