Great service and a lovely product
A prompt appointment to come to measure up for shutters. Our order was placed and the shutters were installed at the delivery time originally quoted. Very pleased with the standard of workmanship and the shutters provide a great finishing touch. Will highly recommend Shuttercraft for great service and a great product.

Chris and Mark arrived promptly and did an excellent job of installing shutters in conservatory and front room, plus shutter-to-shade in the bedroom. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was satisfactory and were respectful of the property.

The fitter called 10 mins early to say he was close , very considerate ref where to park his van and off load the packaging. Friendly, helpful and professional and cleared up all the rubbish afterwards...

Shutters are good .
Shutters are good .No better or worse than any other company Fitting was good .
My disappointment was the inordinate legnth of time from booking and paying deposit to fitting .Much longer than a previous company I had used for another window..Very poor communication and very disorganised and chaotic booking of fitting .

Excellent service from the start. Everyone we have dealt with has been efficient, friendly and professional. Ryan (we live in Bristol) fitted our shutters yesterday and we now have shutters on our patio doors, which match the ones on our front window (also Shuttercraft). Highly recommended. Thank you.

Excellent from beginning to end
We have had Shuttercraft shutters for 8 years. They are still as good as new. This week we have had some new windows and Shuttercraft removed the shutters so that the windows could be fitted This morning Marcos and Ryan came here and refitted the shutters. I would definitely not go anywhere else.
Superb customer service and amazing fitters.
