I had an outstanding experience with Shuttercraft! Gene was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable and communicative, but what I appreciated most was how he didn't take up loads of my time during the initial quote—such a difference compared to other companies I contacted.

Shuttercraft also provided temporary blinds while I waited, which was a total game changer. It made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. They even fitted the non-shutter blinds ahead of time, which was a thoughtful touch.

The blinds look stunning and have transformed my home. I couldn’t recommend Shuttercraft more highly. Brilliant company, top-notch service!

Excellent product and service in every respect. The shutters have solid construction and perfect paint colour matching. Gene listened carefully and understood our brief instantly and went above and beyond to work with the existing window treatments so that the shutters complement rather than replace what was already there. His measurements were meticulous and installation was skilled, exact and efficient. He was flexible and helpful in offering an installation date as early as possible. We asked Gene to quote and install plantation shutters in our bedrooms. Gene came up as very polite, very patient and not pushing. He came several times to discuss changes, and explained clearly the differences and offered good advice. The communication was very efficient and he was prompt to answering our queries. The work was carried out cleanly leaving us with beautiful shutters that really add to the rooms. I can't praise the service provided highly enough.

Shutters are a huge statement and investment, so researching and comparing companies was a no brainer for me purchasing my first home solo.

After previously having sitters fitted to French Doors, we decided to go 'all in' withe the rest of the house. The look is great! Correspondence and Installation was first class. Since the shutters were installed the difference in heat retention has been amazing! I can't speak highly enough. Thank you Gene!!

I am very pleased with the internal shutters I had fitted to downstairs and upstairs windows. They look very elegant and clean and are simple to operate. Very nice quality material, and they really give a nice sense of privacy in the day when semi-open, and darkness early in the morning (when they are fully shut). They allow a lot of control over light levels. I'm hopeful they will also keep the house warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Gene was very professional and polite, and didn't leave any mess behind at all. I thoroughly recommend the company.

Good value for money, excellent quality blinds and good variety of options available to choose from. Fitted in a clean and timely fashion. Very responsive to any requests or concerns. Would highly recommend them, especially as they are a small business and would benefit from an expanding customer base.
