Gene and the team were great. From the initial consultation to installation, the communications was excellent. The price was competitive with high quality product. They worked around our availability. The installation of 8 windows took half a day. They worked quickly and were very tidy.
Would definitely recommend using Shuttercraft and it's always an added bonus that they're a local firm.

Had a great experience from start to finish with Shuttercraft. Very good & professional service. I ordered 2 shutters for 2 large windows. Gene went through all my options without any sales pressure. They were ready for installation a couple of weeks before I was ready to have them installed which wasn’t a problem. I just picked a date that suited me and they were happy to oblige. The 2 shutters were installed in a few hours. Really clean work. Really happy with them and very happy to recommend. Thank you Gene

I highly recommend Shuttercraft Cambridge for great customer service, value and quality. Natalie was wonderful and helpful for the initial consultation, Gene was very flexible and happy to work around the chaos of us trying to decorate and Bob did an amazing job fitting the shutters. I'm so pleased with how they looks and have been showing them off to everybody.
I've had every window in the house done including the sliding doors to the back garden.

Excellent craftsmanship and service.
I chose Shuttercraft after my next door neighbour recommended them. The shutters look so smart and we have sun all day through different parts of our living room window, so wanted to versatility of being able to angle different sections in different ways. The whole process was easy, from the initial requested visit from the sales team, through measuring and fitting. The shutters are bespoke and excellent quality. They have opened up our living space, giving it a more airy feel, whilst maintaining privacy and still allowing me to see what’s going on outside. They are not cheap but we’ll worth the investment. Excellent craftsmanship and service.
