Great shutters
They were the cheapest of all the quotes I had, but wasn’t reflected in quality, they are great quality, bit of a wait for delivery, when they did arrive were fitted quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

All members of the Shuttercraft team were excellent from measuring to delivery and fixing shutters to windows. Really pleased with how they look on my windows. Neighbours saying they looked ver nice.

The shutters look absolutely beautiful in brilliant white. The design is first class. They were delivered and fitted within the time frame agreed which was about 12 weeks. The fitter was knowledgeable and he left everything neat and tidy. The bedroom where the 3 shutters were fitted gets very hot in Summer and the shutters have cooled the room. Everything about them is excellent.

Staff are helpful and they provided professional opinions. Job was done neatly and nicely.

Great quality shutters and very helpful fitters

Poor service in they completely mis- measured and were keen to make me keep the shutters which did not fit at all at a discounted price. No apology from the guy who came to measure or the company. The fitter/ carpenter was excellent however and deserves a medal for being so kind and patient. Dreadful company

Shuttercraft Cardiff were very efficient and helpful in their installation of shutters on our 5 Windows and 2 patio doors today. Marcus and Andy were totally friendly, polite and hardworking - a credit to your company - and the new shutters are superb. We will be ordering again!

Our experience with Shuttercraft was wholly positive from start to finish.
The staff at the showroom, the measuring service and the fitter Andy were all friendly, helpful and very professional.
The quality of the materials were of a good standard and the custom colour we were able to choose was perfect for our living room. A beautiful peacock blue shade. We were given a small pot of the paint incase of any wear and tear that should occur too.
At the time of ordering our blinds we were also given a price match deal, which was beneficial to us.
I would highly recommend Shuttercraft to anyone considering putting shutters on there windows.

Shutters fitted at the front of the house from the Cardiff Team. Martin visited to measure and provide the quotation. He was extremely professional and passionate about the product.
Andy then came to fit. He turned up on time, took care with his work and of our home. Completed with expertise and advice. Again very professional. Overall a 5 star rating. Thank you

Visited the showroom in Cardiff, staff we're very helpful. Man who came to measure was friendly and very knowledgeable, price was more reasonable than a competitor. Wait time is long but worth the wait. They we're fitted well and look amazing inside & out. I'm so pleased

We’re really happy with our shutters, they look great from inside and outside our property. It took several visits to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted but everyone was happy to run through the options available until we made our choice.

Good service, did what was asked and were very polite and helpful

The window in my house is quite large so the shutters are perfect for my needs. They do however feel a little flimsy because of this. However, there is a good guarantee so I’m very happy. They are expensive but really make the house look fabulous.
