Beautiful shutters and a seamless experience
I had shutters installed and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From the very first survey, Raj provided excellent advice, clear and honest guidance on the different shutter options, and was transparent about delivery timelines. When it came to installation, he did an outstanding job with great attention to detail.
Punita made the process smooth and stress-free throughout. The quality of the shutters is superb, and I am completely satisfied with the end result.
Highly recommend Raj and Punita for their professionalism, honesty, and top-class service.

Great Experience.
Raj & Punita were friendly and professional from the get go. I had a video consultation and an approx estimate based on measurements. Then Raj came to measure up himself. Installation day arrived and Raj turned up on the button at the time agreed. He did a fabulous job and was ever the perfectionist. I love my new shutters.

Exceptional service
We’re absolutely over the moon with the quality, installation and service we received from Shuttercraft ( Chelmsford). Raj, throughout the whole process, was knowledgeable with regards to the product, his wife punita was excellent with communication and always customer focused, installation was a breeze, Raj answered all my questions during this process and had such a reassuring nature that made the whole experience exceptional. Our house was left as he found it, cleaned as he went from room to room. Raj was joined by his son who was polite, respectful and is a great asset to the team.We love our shutters and it has made a big difference to our home. Exceptional Raj & Punita Shuttercraft Chelmsford
We are absolutely delighted with our shutters. Raj was brilliant to deal with from first contact right the way through to fitting.
The finished product is excellent and exceeded our expectations.
Punita was efficient in sending quotes and responding to emails and Raj exceptional with explaining everything and indeed with his fitting.
We had three companies in but are so pleased we went with Raj.

Wow! If I could give more stars I would. From survey, to quote, to installation, everything was seamless. Raj absolutely knows the products and advises what is best for your home. Punita is super efficient with quoting and always answers emails promptly. The pricing is very competitive and the quality of the shutters are fantastic. We just love, love our shutters.
From asking for a quote to the installation was smooth sailing.
Raj explained everything clearly, answering all our questions ensuring that we had the right shutters to suit our needs.
