I believe that customer service was the main factor in my decision, particularly because I didn’t have a good impression of a famous company when I was quoting (the salesman couldn't answer a simple question about payment and didn't seem interested in clarifying, giving me a customer centre phone number to try to get clarification).
Also, it is worth highlighting their commitment to delivering on time. Raj was transparent about the deadline and said that probably could not deliver before Christmas. However, surprisingly, my shutters arrived before the promised date and I had my shutters fitted for Christmas. This not only impressed me but also demonstrated their efficiency and reliability.
The installation process was smooth and efficient, carried out by Raj himself. He worked with precision and care, ensuring that the shutters were fitted perfectly. The attention to detail was evident. He also explained how to use and care the shutters to keep them looking new for several years.

Very happy with my new shutters for our kitchen and utility room. Raj provided a first class service, he was extremely thorough ensuring we secured the best shutters for the kitchen and utility areas. Installation was painless and Raj is a very neat and tidy worker. Punita dealt with the admin and was available for any queries, always responded promptly, again providing an excellent service. We have been very happy with the whole process of shutter installation from first meeting to completion. Raj was thorough and discussed all our options with us in great detail so we have 11 shutters that look the same but have varying opening mechanisms that are most appropriate for that window. Very competitive prices and clean tidy working. We couldn't be happier with the service we recieved. We highly recommend them.
